Need help finding a part?

The first thing you need to do is locate your Model Name and Model Number (for Icon) / Serial Number (All Other Name Brands).  Using this information you can search for it on the main page.

How do I complete a purchase?

Click the View Cart link at the top right and follow the steps.  You can see shipping expenses there as well.

Be advised, there is a premium for Canadian Shipments as well as HI, PR, and AK

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel up until the time the item ships (when label is generated).  Due to volume, we cannot guarantee the cancellation request will be honored.  Timing is everything.  If you/we do not catch it in time, you will have to generate an RA return the item to

No, you do not need an account to purchase items on site.

How often should a belt be lubricated on a treadmill?

Congrats, you are in the know.  It is recommended to apply 2-3 oz of Silicone every 3-5 months depending on usage.

This reduces friction, and improves the life of the machine.  We sell a few different brands and applicators in our store.
