Buy this gray motor if you have a drive belt that's 260J, or 26" in circumference, otherwise get the blue one. This also has a slightly larger flywheel compared to the blue.

Plug-and-play simplicity at its finest. I didn't even need to calibrate the speed on it like I did with my old treadmill. Hope I never have to replace it again though; this was about double what I wanted to pay for it.
