Bear in mind that ellipticals, trainers, and treadmills can range from 150 -400 pounds so they require 2-3 adults to move. **During “Delivery and installation” the delivery personnel brings the item into the desired spot within the location. Plug-and-play simplicity at its finest. I didn't even need to calibrate the speed on it like I did with my old treadmill. Hope I never have to replace it again though; this was about double what I wanted to pay for it.
