The white cam may have to be adjusted during install because each machine may have minor differences.
The phillips center screw in the white cam can be loosened to adjust the cam position.

Plug-and-play simplicity at its finest. I didn't even need to calibrate the speed on it like I did with my old treadmill. Hope I never have to replace it again though; this was about double what I wanted to pay for it.
